I’m having difficulty logging in, what should I do?

You can request a password reset by clicking on ‘Forgot password’ on the sign in page -https://online.svastha.net/users/sign_in. Fill in your email address used to create an account with us and follow the subsequent instructions.

How do I access the course?

Login with your credentials at https://online.svastha.net/users/sign_in. Go to My Dashboard on the top bar. This will show the course/s you are enrolled in and click Start Course to begin.

How can I download the pdf files in the course?

Go to the section on the course player with pdf files. Load the lesson, move the mouse to the right corner of the page and look for the download icon.

Click the icon and you will be prompted to save the file.

How do I fix issues with the course videos?

Please go to the Video Troubleshooting Guide for detailed assistance, if you are facing playback issues with course videos.
