The terms “Svastha Yoga & Ayurveda”, “Svastha Online”, “Svastha Yoga Online”, "online.svastha.net", “us”, or “we” refers to Svastha Yoga Pte Ltd.

The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our website. Svastha Yoga Pte Ltd provides its services (described below) to you through its website online.svastha.net located (the “Site”) and through its mobile applications and related services (collectively, such services, including any new features and applications, and the Site, the “Service(s)”), subject to the following Terms of Service (the “Terms of Service”).

1. Terms

By accessing this web site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and represent that you are not prohibited by applicable law from accessing or using any of the services or content provided by Svastha Yoga Online. Furthermore you are agreeing to be bound by these website Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Your access to any course is based on a one-time fee. Recordings of live course sessions may be made available for a period as specified in the description of each course. There are no long term contracts expressed or implied between you and online.svastha.net. You may cancel at any time. No refunds will be given.

To access the course you will be required to pay the one-time course fee, payable in U.S. dollars (US$). Payment is facilitated via credit card or the PayPal or Stripe gateway and you will have to provide information regarding your mode of payment. You affirm that such information is true and that you are authorized to use the payment option chosen by you. You agree to pay online.svastha.net the amount that is specified and permit online.svastha.net to bill you for the course and its specified amount.

online.svastha.net may cancel and/or delete a course and/or its contents without prior notice. We may also, at our discretion, terminate your access to a course at any time without prior notice. No refunds will be given.

3. Recording of Live Sessions, Classes or Courses

By accessing or joining live courses on online.svastha.net, you give permission to record your image, video, and/or voice, name and grant Svastha Yoga Pte Ltd perpetual and irrevocable rights to these images, video, or audio, in any medium — including, but not limited to, replay videos, publications, video projects, websites and other media — for educational, promotional, advertising or any other purposes. You hereby waive the right to inspect or approve your image, video, and/or voice recording. You also attest that you agree to not receive compensation, now or in the future, in connection with the use of such recordings and waive any claim to such compensation. You release Svastha Yoga Pte Ltd from any and all liability and responsibility for incidents arising from the use of the image or audio recording, including, but not limited to, all claims for libel and invasion of privacy.

You agree that any text inputs (including your name), questions, comments, feedback, or other information provided by you to online.svastha.net are non-confidential, and Svastha Yoga Pte Ltd and its affiliates and partners are entitled to the unrestricted use and dissemination of these submissions for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to you.

The materials on online.svastha.net website are provided 'as is'. online.svastha.net makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Our site and courses are hosted by Thinkific Labs Inc. (“Thinkific”). They provide us with the online course creation platform that allows us to sell our product/services to you. Your data is stored through Thinkific’s data storage, databases and the general Thinkific application.

If you make a purchase on our site, we use a third party payment processor such as Stripe or Paypal.
